Weekly menu, Main meals

Well this is the list of main meals for the following week.
We start with pizza on Saturday and run through to sausage and mash next friday.
The meals are generally planned out like this so we can control our budget and also make best use of refrigerator and freezer space.
Timing is also a factor as somedays I am really busy and need something quick and other nights I have plenty of time to prepare more elaborate meals.

Homemade Margarita Pizza & Side of Homemade Coleslaw


Cold Buffet Consisting of;

Salad, Free Range Organic Boiled Eggs, Freshly Baked Bread Rolls, Houmous, Breadsticks, Tomato Salsa, Tortilla Chips, Mature Cheddar Cheese, Pickled Beetroot, Pickled Onions, Homemade Coleslaw


Pepper, Courgette, Tomato & Mozzarella Puff Pastry Tarts & Homemade Potato Wedges


Homemade Macaroni Cheese served with Garlic Bread & Side Salad


Shoulder of Lamb or Vegetarian Pie

& Roast Potatoes with Seasonal Vegetables


Jacket Potato topped with Curried Baked Beans


Sausage, Mash & Mushy Peas
